Natural Resources Code § 161.504","heading":"ELIGIBILITY FOR LOAN.","body":"(a) To qualify for a loan under this subchapter, a person must be a veteran at the time the person applies for the loan. If an eligible veteran dies after filing an application for a loan, the veteran's surviving spouse may complete the transaction.\n(b) The board by rule may determine the number of loans that a person may receive under this subchapter.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 333, Sec. 2, eff.
