Natural Resources Code § 221.003","heading":"COST OF MOVING OR CHANGING FACILITY.","body":"If a state agency, eligible political subdivision, or nonprofit corporation, in exercising a power under this chapter, makes it necessary to move, raise, lower, reroute, or change the grade of or alter the construction of a pipeline, highway, railroad, electric transmission or distribution line, or telephone or telegraph property or facility, the agency, subdivision, or corporation must bear the sole expense of the action.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 24.01(a), eff.
