Natural Resources Code § 31.164","heading":"FEES AND ASSESSMENTS.","body":"(a) The local government may impose no application, filing, or other fees or assessments on the state for consideration of the plan or the application for rezoning or variance submitted by the state.\n(b) The local government may not require the submission of architectural, engineering, or impact studies to be completed at state expense before considering the plan or application for rezoning or variance.\nAdded by Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 208, Sec. 13, eff.
