Natural Resources Code § 32.022","heading":"INSPECTION OF MINUTES AND DOCKET.","body":"(a) On payment of the fees prescribed by law for examination of other land office records, the minutes and docket shall be subject to inspection by any citizen of the state who desires to make the examination.\n(b) An examination made under this section shall be made in the presence of the secretary of the board or a clerk designated by law.\nActs 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2378, ch. 871, art.
