Natural Resources Code § 32.062","heading":"ADOPTION OF RULES AND COLLECTION OF FEES.","body":"(a) The board shall adopt rules of procedure and rules for the sale, lease, and commitment to a contract for development of land as provided by this chapter.\n(b) The board by rule shall adopt and shall collect reasonable fees necessary to carry out this chapter.\nActs 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2379, ch. 871, art.
