Natural Resources Code § 32.101","heading":"APPLICABLE LAW.","body":"Land shall be offered for sale, lease, or commitment to a contract for development subject to the terms and conditions provided by law. Sales and leases of upland within 2,500 feet of a military base may not be made unless the commissioner or the commissioner's designee, after consultation with appropriate military authorities, determines that the sale or lease will not adversely affect the mission of the military base.\nActs 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2379, ch. 871, art.
