Natural Resources Code § 32.154","heading":"LEASES SUBJECT TO LAWS, ORDERS, AND RULES.","body":"Drilling or mining operations for oil, gas, or other minerals and the production of oil, gas, or other minerals under a lease issued under this chapter are subject to:\n(1) the laws of this state;\n(2) valid orders made by the Railroad Commission of Texas or any other regulatory authority controlling the development of leases for the production of oil, gas, or other minerals; and\n(3) rules the board adopts.\nAdded by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 624, Sec. 24, eff.
