Natural Resources Code § 33.061","heading":"COMPLAINTS.","body":"(a) The board shall receive and evaluate any complaint or report from any person concerning instances of unauthorized construction, maintenance, use, or assertion of control of any structure on coastal public land.\n(b) The board shall refer to the attorney general all cases warranting judicial remedies, and the attorney general shall immediately initiate judicial proceedings for the appropriate relief.\nActs 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2386, ch. 871, art.
