Natural Resources Code § 33.109","heading":"COUNTIES AND CITIES ELIGIBLE TO LEASE COASTAL PUBLIC LAND.","body":"(a) A county is eligible to apply for a lease of coastal public land inside the county and outside the boundaries of any incorporated city, town, or village for public recreational purposes.\n(b) An incorporated city, town, or village is eligible to lease coastal public land within its corporate boundaries for public recreational purposes.\nActs 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2388, ch. 871, art.
