Natural Resources Code § 33.125","heading":"AUTOMATIC REVOCATION AND TERMINATION OF A PERMIT.","body":"A permit that authorizes the continued use of a previously unauthorized structure on coastal public land is considered automatically revoked and terminated if the coastal public land on which the structure is located is:\n(1) subsequently leased for public purposes;\n(2) exchanged for littoral property under this chapter; or\n(3) conveyed to a navigation district as provided by law.\nActs 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2390, ch. 871, art.
