Natural Resources Code § 33.2051","heading":"AGENCY RULEMAKING ACTIONS.","body":"(a) The land office shall comply with Sections 33.205(a) and (b) when adopting or amending a rule governing the prevention of, response to, or remediation of a coastal oil spill.\n(b) The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality shall comply with Sections 33.205(a) and (b) when adopting or amending a rule governing:\n(1) air pollutant emissions;\n(2) on-site sewage disposal systems; or\n(3) underground storage tanks.\n(c) The State Soil and Water Conservation Board shall comply with Sections 33.205(a) and (b) when adopting or amending a rule governing agricultural or silvicultural nonpoint source pollution.\n(d) An agency shall comply with Sections 33.205(a) and (b) when adopting or amending a rule governing an individual action described by Section 33.2053.\n(e) The commissioner may not review a proposed rule of the Department of Agriculture.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 416, Sec. 4, eff.
