Natural Resources Code § 34.056","heading":"PLACING LEASE ON MARKET.","body":"If a board determines there is a demand for the purchase of oil, gas, or mineral leases on a lot or tract of land subject to the control of the board which will reasonably insure an advantageous sale, the board shall place the oil, gas, or mineral leases on the market in the tract or tracts which the board may designate.\nActs 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2396, ch. 871, art.
