Natural Resources Code § 40.113","heading":"SUSPENSION.","body":"If the commissioner determines that a registrant does not have a discharge prevention and response plan or that the registrant's preventive measures or containment and cleanup capabilities are inadequate, the commissioner may, after notice and hearing as provided in Section 40.254 of this code, suspend the registrant's certificate until such time as the registrant complies with the requirements of this chapter.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 10, Sec. 1, eff.
