Natural Resources Code § 51.131","heading":"SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION PLANS.","body":"(a) For each lease issued under this subchapter for agricultural or grazing purposes, the commissioner may require the lessee to implement a soil and water conservation plan approved by the commissioner. The commissioner, in reviewing a plan, and the lessee, in implementing a plan, may be assisted by the United States Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service.\n(b) The commissioner by rule shall adopt a procedure for reviewing and approving soil and water conservation plans required by Subsection (a) of this section.\nAdded by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 624, Sec. 34, eff.
