Natural Resources Code § 52.134","heading":"FILING CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS.","body":"Copies of contracts for the sale or processing of gas and subsequent agreements and amendments to those contracts shall be filed in the land office within 30 days after the contracts, agreements, or amendments are made. These contracts and agreements received by the land office shall be held in confidence by the land office unless otherwise authorized by the lessee.\nActs 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2456, ch. 871, art.
