Natural Resources Code § 61.079","heading":"NOTICE OF INELIGIBILITY.","body":"After reasonable notice and opportunity for a hearing to a city or county that is receiving funds under the provisions of this subchapter, if the land office finds that the city or county no longer complies with the requirements of this subchapter, it shall notify the city or county that further payments will not be made until the land office is satisfied that there is no longer any failure to comply.\nActs 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2483, ch. 871, art.
