Natural Resources Code § 62.042","heading":"TERM OF OFFICE.","body":"(a) With the exception of the trustees first appointed, a trustee serves for a term of two years from the date of appointment.\n(b) At the time of the appointment of the first trustees, the commissioners court shall designate three trustees to serve for one year and four trustees to serve for two years.\nActs 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2494, ch. 871, art.
