Natural Resources Code § 62.098","heading":"CONTRACTS WITH OTHER GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES.","body":"To accomplish any purpose authorized in this chapter, the board may enter into contracts with:\n(1) adjacent counties;\n(2) boards in adjacent counties; and\n(3) boards in cities of the same county in which the board has jurisdiction.\nActs 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2496, ch. 871, art.
