Natural Resources Code § 62.137","heading":"TAX BONDS.","body":"(a) The board shall not issue bonds payable in whole or in part from ad valorem taxes.\n(b) The board may receive and spend the proceeds of bonds payable from taxes which are issued by the governing body of the county for park purposes after the bonds are authorized at an election held in the manner required by law.\nActs 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2498, ch. 871, art.
