Natural Resources Code § 81.020","heading":"ADDITIONAL DUTIES OF CHIEF SUPERVISOR AND HIS DEPUTIES.","body":"(a) The chief supervisor and his deputies shall supervise the plugging of all abandoned wells and the shooting of wells and shall follow the rules of the commission relating to the production and conservation of oil and gas.\n(b) The chief supervisor shall gather information and assist the commission in the performance of its duties under this title.\nActs 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2509, ch. 871, art.
