Natural Resources Code § 81.0592","heading":"CONSUMER INTEREST INFORMATION.","body":"(a) The commission shall prepare information of consumer interest describing the regulatory functions of the commission and the procedures by which consumer complaints are filed with and resolved by the commission.\n(b) The commission shall make the information available to the public and appropriate state agencies.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 85 (S.B. 1540), Sec. 3.03, eff.
