Natural Resources Code § 88.0531","heading":"CRIMINAL PENALTY.","body":"(a) A person who knowingly violates Section 88.052 or 88.053 of this code commits an offense.\n(b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor unless the actor has been convicted previously under this section, in which event the offense is a felony of the third degree.\nAdded by Acts 1983, 68th Leg., p. 5231, ch. 960, Sec. 2, eff.
