Natural Resources Code § 91.1091","heading":"REFUND.","body":"The commission shall refund the proceeds from a bond, letter of credit, or cash deposit required under this subchapter if:\n(1) the conditions that caused the proceeds to be collected are corrected;\n(2) all administrative, civil, and criminal penalties relating to those conditions are paid; and\n(3) the commission has been reimbursed for all costs and expenses incurred by the commission in relation to those conditions.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 603, Sec. 16, eff.
