Natural Resources Code § 91.204","heading":"PERMITS.","body":"(a) The commission by rule may require a person who creates, operates, maintains, or abandons an underground hydrocarbon storage facility to obtain a permit from the commission. A permit issued by the commission may contain provisions and conditions necessary to implement the policies of this subchapter. The commission may adopt reasonable rules for the amendment, revocation, transfer, or suspension of a permit.\n(b) A person desiring to obtain a permit or to amend a permit must submit an application containing the information required by the commission.\nAdded by Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 3167, ch. 830, Sec. 3, eff.
