Natural Resources Code § 91.205","heading":"AUTHORITY TO ENTER PROPERTY.","body":"Members and employees of the commission may enter public or private property at reasonable times to inspect and investigate conditions relating to the creation, operation, maintenance, or abandonment of an underground hydrocarbon storage facility. The members and employees may not enter private property having management in residence without notifying the management of their presence and shall observe safety, internal security, and fire protection rules of the establishment being inspected.\nAdded by Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 3167, ch. 830, Sec. 3, eff.
