Natural Resources Code § 91.653","heading":"ELIGIBILITY FOR VOLUNTARY CLEANUP PROGRAM.","body":"(a) Any site that is contaminated with a contaminant is eligible for participation in the voluntary cleanup program except the portion of a site that may be subject to a commission order.\n(b) A person electing to participate in the voluntary cleanup program must:\n(1) enter into a voluntary cleanup agreement as provided by Section 91. 656; and\n(2) pay all costs of commission oversight of the voluntary cleanup.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1233, Sec. 34, eff.
