Natural Resources Code § 91.801","heading":"RULES AUTHORIZING MULTIPLE OR ALTERNATIVE USES OF WELLS.","body":"The commission shall adopt rules allowing:\n(1) a person to obtain a permit for a well from the commission that authorizes the well to be used for multiple purposes; and\n(2) an operator of a well authorized by a permit issued by the commission to convert the well from its authorized purpose to a new or additional purpose.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 224 (S.B. 1387), Sec. 6, eff.
