Occupations Code § 1001.209","heading":"REGISTER OF APPLICANTS.","body":"The board shall maintain a register of each application for a license or registration under this chapter or Chapter 1071 that shows:\n(1) the name, age, and residence of each applicant;\n(2) the date of the application;\n(3) the applicant's place of business;\n(4) the applicant's educational and other qualifications;\n(5) whether an examination was required;\n(6) whether the applicant was issued or denied a license or registration;\n(7) the date of board action; and\n(8) any other information the board considers necessary.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 1, eff.
