Occupations Code § 1001.211","heading":"RECORDS.","body":"(a) The board shall maintain a record of its proceedings.\n(b) The board's records shall be available to the public at all times.\n(c) The board's records are prima facie evidence of the proceedings of the board set forth in the records. A transcript of the records certified by the secretary of the board under seal is admissible in evidence with the same effect as if it were the original.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 1, eff.
