Occupations Code § 1001.453","heading":"REVIEW OF LICENSE HOLDER'S STATUS.","body":"(a) The board by rule may review the status of a license holder the board believes:\n(1) may have been issued a license through fraud or error; or\n(2) may constitute a threat to the public health, safety, or welfare.\n(b) The board may suspend or revoke a license held by a person whose status is reviewed under this section.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 1, eff.
