Occupations Code § 1001.456","heading":"REISSUANCE OF REVOKED LICENSE.","body":"The board may reissue a license to a person whose license has been revoked if the board has sufficient reason to reissue the license. At least six board members must vote for reissuance of the license. A new license may be issued in accordance with board rules.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 1, eff.
