Occupations Code § 1002.105","heading":"CAREER LADDER PROGRAM; PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS.","body":"(a) The executive director or the executive director's designee shall develop an intra-agency career ladder program that addresses opportunities for mobility and advancement of employees within the board. The program must require intra-agency posting of all positions concurrently with any public posting.\n(b) The executive director or the executive director's designee shall develop a system of annual performance evaluations based on documented employee performance. All decisions regarding merit pay for a board employee must be based on that system.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 14A.004(a), eff.
