Occupations Code § 1002.157","heading":"AGREEMENTS TO DEVELOP UNIFORM STANDARDS.","body":"The board may enter into agreements with licensing or registration boards in other states and other appropriate organizations, societies, associations, and agencies to develop uniform standards for:\n(1) the licensing or registration of geoscientists;\n(2) accrediting educational programs;\n(3) establishing reciprocal and temporary licenses;\n(4) developing regional or national examinations;\n(5) evaluating applicants; or\n(6) other purposes consistent with this chapter.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 14A.004(a), eff.
