Occupations Code § 1002.301","heading":"LICENSE RENEWAL.","body":"(a) Not later than the 60th day before the date the license expires, the board shall notify a license holder of:\n(1) the date the license expires; and\n(2) the amount of the fee required for renewal.\n(b) The board shall renew the license of a license holder who before the date the license expires or within a period not to exceed 60 days after the expiration date:\n(1) submits the required renewal application and fee and a penalty for late renewal, if required; and\n(2) meets the requirements for renewal established by the board.\n(c) The board by rule may establish conditions and fees for the reissuance of a license that has lapsed, expired, or been suspended or revoked.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 14A.004(a), eff.
