Occupations Code § 1002.405","heading":"REINSTATEMENT.","body":"(a) On application, the board may reinstate a license to engage in the public practice of geoscience to a person whose license has been revoked if a majority of the entire board votes in favor of the reinstatement.\n(b) As a condition for reinstatement, the board may:\n(1) review the applicant's qualifications and experience;\n(2) require continuing professional education;\n(3) conduct a reexamination on a periodic or other basis; or\n(4) require other evidence of the competence of the applicant.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 14A.004(a), eff.
