Occupations Code § 1002.453","heading":"ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE.","body":"(a) The board shall adopt rules of procedure for the imposition of an administrative penalty.\n(b) Rules adopted under this section must conform to the requirements of Chapter 2001, Government Code.\n(c) A proceeding to impose the penalty is considered to be a contested case under Chapter 2001, Government Code.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 14A.004(a), eff.
