Occupations Code § 1051.205","heading":"PUBLIC RECORDS.","body":"(a) The secretary-treasurer of the board shall keep records of all board proceedings and all money received or spent by the board.\n(b) The records must include a record of:\n(1) each issuance or renewal of a certificate of registration; and\n(2) each refusal to issue or renew a certificate of registration.\n(c) The records shall be open to public inspection at all reasonable times.\n(d) The board shall maintain records or an official roster showing:\n(1) the name and, if known, the address of each person registered under this subtitle; and\n(2) the date and registration number of each certificate of registration issued under this subtitle.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 1, eff.
