Occupations Code § 1051.307","heading":"ROSTER OF APPLICANTS.","body":"The board shall maintain a roster of all persons who apply for a certificate of registration under this subtitle. The roster must include the following information about each applicant:\n(1) the applicant's name, address, and age;\n(2) the date the applicant filed the application;\n(3) the applicant's place of business;\n(4) the applicant's educational and other qualifications;\n(5) whether the applicant took the examination;\n(6) whether the board issued a certificate of registration to the applicant or rejected the application;\n(7) the date of the board's action on the application; and\n(8) any other information the board considers necessary.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 331, Sec. 2.08, eff.
