Occupations Code § 1051.401","heading":"RIGHT TO HEARING; APPEAL.","body":"(a) If the board proposes to suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew a person's certificate of registration, the person is entitled to a hearing. The hearing shall be held by an administrative law judge of the State Office of Administrative Hearings.\n(b) The board shall prescribe procedures by which a decision to suspend or revoke or a refusal to renew a certificate of registration is made by or is appealable to the board.\n(c) A hearing under this section is a contested case subject to Chapter 2001, Government Code, and must be conducted under rules enacted by the State Office of Administrative Hearings under Chapter 2003, Government Code.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 331, Sec. 2.13, eff.
