Occupations Code § 1051.451","heading":"IMPOSITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY.","body":"(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), the board may impose an administrative penalty on a person who engages in conduct for which the person is subject to disciplinary action under this subtitle, regardless of whether the person holds a certificate of registration issued under this subtitle.\n(b) The board may not impose an administrative penalty under this subtitle on a person for conduct related to the practice of interior design unless the person holds a certificate of registration as an interior designer.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 1, eff.
