Occupations Code § 1051.456","heading":"NOTICE OF BOARD ORDER.","body":"The executive director shall give notice of the board's order to the person on whom the penalty is imposed. The notice must include:\n(1) the findings of fact and conclusions of law, separately stated;\n(2) the amount of the administrative penalty ordered, if any;\n(3) a statement of the right of the person on whom the penalty is imposed to judicial review of the board's order; and\n(4) other information required by law.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 1, eff.
