Occupations Code § 1053.152","heading":"ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.","body":"(a) The board shall establish the qualifications for the issuance or renewal of a certificate of registration under this chapter.\n(b) To be eligible for a certificate of registration, an applicant must:\n(1) meet the qualifications established by the board under Subsection (a);\n(2) pass the registration examination; and\n(3) pay the required fees.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 1, eff.
