Occupations Code § 1071.260","heading":"REGISTRATION NUMBER; FORM OF CERTIFICATE OR LICENSE.","body":"(a) The board shall issue to each registered professional land surveyor a registration number that may not be assigned to or used by any other surveyor. The number must be on the certificate of registration and recorded in the board's permanent records and is the surveyor's registration number for use on all official documents.\n(b) Each certificate of registration and license issued by the board must show the full name of the registration holder or license holder and shall be signed by the presiding officer and the executive director of the board.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 1, eff.
