Occupations Code § 1071.403","heading":"RIGHT TO HEARING; ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE.","body":"(a) If the board proposes to suspend or revoke a person's certificate of registration or license, the person is entitled to a hearing before the board or a hearings officer appointed by the board.\n(b) The board shall prescribe procedures by which a decision to suspend or revoke a certificate of registration or license is made by or appealable to the board.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 1, eff.
