Occupations Code § 110.252","heading":"PUBLIC PARTICIPATION.","body":"(a) The council shall develop and implement policies that provide the public with a reasonable opportunity to appear before the council and to speak on any issue under the council's jurisdiction.\n(b) The executive director shall prepare and maintain a written plan describing how a person who does not speak English may be provided reasonable access to the council's programs and services.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 14.005(a), eff.
