Occupations Code § 110.352","heading":"PROBATION.","body":"If the suspension of a person's license is probated, the council may require the person to:\n(1) report regularly to the council on matters that are the basis of the probation;\n(2) limit the person's practice to the areas prescribed by the council; or\n(3) continue or review professional education until the person attains a degree of skill satisfactory to the council in those areas that are the basis of the probation.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 14.005(a), eff.
