Occupations Code § 110.353","heading":"DISCIPLINARY HEARING.","body":"(a) If the council proposes to revoke, suspend, or refuse to renew a person's license, the person is entitled to a hearing conducted by the State Office of Administrative Hearings.\n(b) Disciplinary proceedings are governed by Chapter 2001, Government Code.\n(c) Rules of practice adopted by the council under Section 2001.004, Government Code, applicable to the proceedings for a disciplinary action may not conflict with rules adopted by the State Office of Administrative Hearings.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 14.005(a), eff.
