Occupations Code § 110.456","heading":"DECISION BY COUNCIL.","body":"(a) Based on the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and proposal for decision, the council by order may determine that:\n(1) a violation occurred and impose an administrative penalty; or\n(2) a violation did not occur.\n(b) The notice of the council's order given to the person must include a statement of the right of the person to judicial review of the order.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 1089 (H.B. 2036), Sec. 26, eff.
