Occupations Code § 1101.058","heading":"PER DIEM; REIMBURSEMENT.","body":"(a) A commission member is entitled to receive:\n(1) $75 for each day the member performs the member's official duties; and\n(2) reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses incurred in performing the member's official duties.\n(b) For purposes of this section, the commission by rule may determine what constitutes a day or actual and necessary expenses.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff.
