Occupations Code § 1101.402","heading":"WAIVER OF EXAMINATION.","body":"The commission shall waive the examination requirement for an applicant for a broker or sales agent license if:\n(1) the applicant was previously licensed in this state as a broker or sales agent; and\n(2) the application is filed before the second anniversary of the expiration date of the equivalent license.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff.
